- Renter Responsibility: The Renter is responsible for maintaining all rented equipment at their own cost and expense during the rental period.
- Condition: Equipment must be kept in a good state of repair, with the exception of normal wear and tear.
- Return State: All equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received. If equipment requires professional cleaning upon return, a cleaning fee will be charged to the Renter.
- Full Compensation: If any equipment is damaged, lost, or not returned, the Renter agrees to pay the Owner full compensation for the replacement or repair of the items.
- Right of Entry: The Renter shall allow the Owner to enter the premises where the equipment is stored or used at all reasonable times to inspect the state and condition of the gear or to recover it.
- Indemnity: The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless for any injuries or damages of any kind resulting from the use of the rented equipment.
- Legal Fees: The Renter shall pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by the Owner to protect their rights under this agreement.
- Credit Card Surcharge: Please be advised that all credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% convenience fee
